Our business days are Monday–Friday

We do not process or ship orders on weekends, public holidays, or during announced out-of-office dates.

Orders placed on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that these non-business days are not included in your shipping window.

Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing.

Your order may ship at any time within this window.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Time


After shipment, please allow an estimated 5–7 business days for delivery (depending on your location).

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.


Address Accuracy


To ensure your package is delivered correctly, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, or building numbers if applicable.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


DAA WIG FREAK is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items for claim purposes.


Any order disputes involving lost or stolen packages will be supported by proof of shipment, tracking confirmation, and DAA WIG FREAK’s official store policies.
